Work to begin on $35m estate development

A new $35 million subdivision at Park Ridge started on Friday with Logan City Council deputy mayor Cherie Dalley turning the first sod. Already 25 per cent of lots have been sold. Regency Green Estate is the first development approved under the new Logan City Council Planning Scheme. It will start on Green Rd, and will be Golden Gate Property’s first in Logan. Regency Green is a low-density residential precinct of 80 freehold lots with 1.2ha of townhouses to be developed over three stages.
